RN-BSN Information Session The RN to BSN program at California State University San Marcos is a part-time program designed for the working RN. Upon completion of this program students will receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN). The BSN degree allows individuals to assume leadership roles within the clinical setting and establishes a foundation for graduate-level studies.
